About Shajee Ajmal

A diligent and hardworking individual with significant chemical engineering experience in the domains of Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, Pharmaceuticals, and Construction Chemicals, accumulated over seven years of academic and professional pursuits.I believe working as a chemical engineer made me technically proficient by recognizing the essentials of a product manufacturing site. After working for three years as a process engineer I believe now was the time to develop new capabilities in managing technical project teams. I am currently pursuing a Master of Project Management at Monash University, as I relish viewing technical projects from both technical and managerial perspective. Learning tools to manage project stakeholders, project timelines and managing the budget gave me confidence to supervise technical projects. Previous employers, regards me as a high-energy individual, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
