I’m an MFA candidate in Interactive Media at the University of Miami, researching how adaptive AI systems can optimize human performance in real time. My thesis explores AI-delivered motivational coaching during exercise, using contextual bandit algorithms (Thompson Sampling) to personalize verbal affirmations based on physiological and behavioral signals.Before grad school, I spent two years teaching middle school math, where I learned firsthand how timing, tone, and personalization determine whether someone pushes through or gives up.
