Currently, I work as Patient Access Specialist for Albany Medical Center. I excel at self management of time sensitive tasks and customer service escalation. Many times when interacting with patients or clients they are in a heightened concerned for their own or their families medical concern. With over 7 years of service recovery I am able to reach an amicable resolution with most interactions.As a Patient Access Supervisor I was responsible for the oversight of 24/7 activities of the Emergency Department Registration function in a level 1 Trauma Center. In addition, I have almost 10 years of experience working in retail with over 5 years of upper management experience. Previously, I was in the Retail Management Academy for a Co-Manager position at Price Chopper Supermarkets. I was trained in merchandising and product placement. I managed inventory levels and personnel issues.
