Over the last twenty five years, I have gained so much experience in the field of customer service. I can perform a variety of duties in many different office settings. I have engaged in working with all different types of computer systems including Microsoft power point, excel, & word. I have encountered all the basic clerical necessities, venipunctures, capillary techniques from patients of all age groups, urine specimen collections, blood cultures, cytology cultures, prostate & bladder biopsies also. A few of my clerical abilities are data entry, filing, taking bill payments, answering multi- line phone systems, & operating a cash register. Being a self motivated hard working individual as I interact with consumers giving great customer service while maintaining a clean, healthy, & safe environment in the process when it applies.
