Ensures adherence of HR requirement and processes • Managing compensation & benefits at plant and driving performance appraisal across all the level, HRMIS, strategic HR planning, acting as change agent at various levels. • Administering induction training, liaising with Govt. & other authorities for obtaining necessary sanctions • Ensuring: o Statutory compliances of plant, expats compliances, budget preparation and making sure of management of administrative expenses are within budget. o All welfare health safety requirements, executing & implementing in time, maintaining strong relations between emply & management, Directing IR activities, ensuring wage settlement implementations without affecting the shop-floor discipline by taking prompt & appropriate actions • Resolving employees grievances, initiating disciplinary actions, ensuring contract manpower management for obtaining various permissions. • Taking care and ensuring administrative expenses & direct manpower headcount cost are within budget • Organizing employees engagement activities i.e. annual function and get-together, variuos day celebration.
