I’m a project manager with extensive experience managing MS Dynamics 365 implementations. These have been through either brand new implementations, changes to current systems and upgrades. I’ve held this responsibility for some big organisations, which includes government and enterprise clients. I’m passionate about working alongside people to help them reach their full potential. Coaching has underpinned the way I lead and manage people since 2010. I like to create positive and meaningful outcomes for everyone, whether you’re a call centre agent on the phone or at the head of a mega company. My career started in investment management after completing my Bachelors degree in Psychology with an Honours in Cultural Anthropology. In Aotearoa, I started in social services where I helped roll-out and train users on CRM before joining Magnetism in June 2015 as a Service Delivery Manager, responsible for delivering projects for some large clients including NZTE, DIA and LINZ.
