I am currently working for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana. This role requires me to work with others as a team to make and manufacture vehicles. In addition to this, I seek out ways to develop processes and consistently improve our quality. I was the store manager for Sherwin-Williams on the West side of Evansville, Indiana. This position required me to be results oriented as well as have interpersonal and leadership skills. My essential duties involved marketing, store operations, financial management/administration, and human resources management. As an assistant manager for the Sherwin-Williams Company, I was responsible for supporting all aspects of store operations, including customer service, marketing, maintaining inventory and store safety. Additionally, I supervised and trained store staff and contacted customers in order to generate sales leads. I was the pod leader for Indiana in the Tri-State district's Womens Networking Group, a member of our recruiting team for the Tri-State District, and the representative for Bien Pro. I graduated from Purdue University in 2019 where I majored in Selling and Sales Management and obtained minors in management, communication, and a certificate of entrepreneurship & innovation. I accepted the challenges that came with this commitment and took advantage of every opportunity. This allowed me to expand on my skills and develop new skills that I never thought that I could. My experiences at Purdue included being involved with Boiler Gold Rush, Purdue Adopt-A-Grandparent Club, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. I was also a teacher's assistant for a professional development class and planned professional development events, such as our annual fall career fair, through my position as a Career Fair Intern. All of these experiences have shaped me into the person that I am today. Now, I am in search of experiences and opportunities that allow me to become the person that I aim to be in the future.
