As an Entrepreneur & Real Estate Broker of Red Carpet Realty (fka 1st Leading Edge Real Estate), she has sold assets for Fannie Mae, Citibank, Chase, Nation Star Mortgage & other corporate sellers. In this capacity, she led Marketing in retail & wholesale distribution models, prime & non-prime lending environments, & in for-sale and portfolio real estate operations. Prior to 1st Leading Edge Real Estate, Mrs.Morrison was a Closing Vendor Manger at Fannie Mae. She managed a network of foreclosure attorney's & title companies, nationwide. As a Customer Account Specialist with Fannie Mae she assisted in negotiations of the secondary marketing transactions in exchange for mortgage backed-securities. Her portfolio included 200+ small to mid size lenders. She was one of three key contacts whom lenders contacted when they needed guidance with technology, underwriting, servicing, or risk based analysis. Currently Mrs. Morrison is working hard to ensure her clients get the best prices in the best neighborhoods in North Texas! In her newest role as Mortgage Loan Originator, she is hitting the streets to get her clients the BEST LOAN PRODUCTS too!
