As a Project Leader in Research and Innovation at Kropman BV, I’m passionate about turning innovative ideas into practical, high-impact solutions—especially in the areas of data-driven optimization, all-electric energy systems, and enhancing energy flexibility through predictive control in buildings. My work is centered on advancing and integrating control strategies—like Machine Learning and Model Predictive Control (MPC)—into Kropman’s existing InsiteSuite platform, a supervisory control and continuous monitoring system. I’m actively involved in embedding knowledge-based improvements and ensuring we stay ahead in delivering smart, sustainable energy solutions. I also play a key role in optimizing internal processes by introducing Scrum and Agile methodologies within the Technical Competency Department, helping teams work more efficiently and respond more flexibly to evolving project needs. Whether it's exploring new technologies or streamlining innovation pipelines, I’m always drawn to the dynamic and challenging nature of development projects.
