Think outside the box. A lifetime of sports, education, and on-the-job training has led me to be an efficient, resourceful, and successful support professional to 9 executive level physicians during my time with WellSpan Medical Group’s Quality & Innovation team. Through sports, education, and on-the-job training, I have developed skills that have propelled me past the competition and allowed me to display my leadership qualities as support and a partner within our team. As an athlete, group fitness instructor, and executive assistant, I have successfully displayed strong attributes in teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking and development, organizational skills, and self discipline. Put me in any situation and any position and I will do what it takes to successfully complete the task and come back leading the pack.
