I started my now 23-year journey as a housekeeper cum cook for Lft/Col Vivek Sood in Meerut in 1994 over the years I got the opportunity to work for diplomats from countries like Belgium Australia and Iceland as a housekeeper cum cook. As I continued to work for diplomats I attended many seminars and cookery courses from the likes of The Oberoi The Taj Mahal hotel Tiffin cooking classes Thai cooking and Spice cooking. Over the years I’ve mastered cuisines like Thai Mediterranean Continental French Italian Asian Indian and Icelandic and very recently Gluten free. I’ve also regularly prepared buffet and banquet style Embassy receptions for up to 150 guests and on a number of occasions I’ve also assisted with preparing larger receptions at many Embassies for 500 to 600 guests sometimes under supervision of celebrity chefs.
