In my roles at the Women's Prison Association (WPA), I've provided executive-level leadership to various reentry programs, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize the reentry process. This holistic approach has fostered an environment of maximized productivity and efficiency, resulting in a significant contribution to the agency's financial health. A key achievement has been transforming the Workforce Development team, where I led the design of a new data management tool that revolutionized reporting practices, significantly enhancing data accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.
