As an Account Executive for SAP, I support my customers as they optimize their business infrastructure with Cloud Technology. I serve my company and my clients by managing and facilitating executive conversations. I have lived and worked in 4 continents delivering business results at all levels of the organization - In Software Delivery, Consulting Services, Marketing, HR and in Organizational Change. My experience includes leading and managing the transformation IBM culture as it pivoted from a siloed organization to a more cohesive customer-centric organization. My skills in advisory roles are utilized in IT transformation projects that are $10M+ in Financial Services Sector at IBM (BMO and BNS) by: • Quantitatively defining measures of change awareness, readiness, and adoption, anticipating resistance and mitigating risks with global stakeholders • Effectively preparing organizations, their people, and key stakeholders for change in HR, Operations, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Shared Services in a global rollout • Integrating technology, processes, and culture to align to the vision of the organization. Supporting the senior leadership, people managers, stakeholders, by developing an effective strategy, anticipating and managing resistance, ensuring leadership and employee engagement. My achievements in Sales and P/L for LoB include: • Delivering Million Dollar revenue in a white space territory in 1Q for Oracle Corporation • Achieving the largest sale for the Vancouver International Terminal airport which increased net earnings from $8.6M to $64.6M over 6 years; increased the revenue from $41M to $236M over the same 3-year period and increased its ratings in customer service to No.1 in NA; No. 4 in the world. • Managed a joint venture between Bell Canada and Bank of Montreal where Bell provided the Network and BMO provided the settlement of debit card transactions throughout Canada. Each organization showcased their leadership in their respective industries.
