About Shamis Dean

With over nine years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and driven Assistant Sales Manager at Essendon Volkswagen. I have a diploma in logistics, materials, and supply chain management from RMIT University, which enables me to optimize the sales operations and inventory management of our dealership. I also have strong skills in customer engagement, attention to detail, and team motivation, which help me to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction to our clients and partners. In my current role, I work with the sales manager and the sales team to achieve and exceed our sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. Previously, I was a Sales Executive at Zagame Automotive Group, where I honed my sales skills and knowledge of various luxury car brands. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself in the dynamic and competitive automotive market. My goal is to grow and excel as a sales leader and contribute to the success and reputation of Essendon Volkswagen.
