WORK EXPERIENCE • To train the dealership persons of all the Honda India authorized dealerships across west region technical aspects. • To ensure that the training culture is updated continuously with the latest technology & help trainees team to get familiar with new equipments. • To implant the OEM’s policies in the training agenda from time-to-time and maintain the training agenda as per company norms. • To demonstrate knowledge of the preventive maintenance, repairs, breakdown, and the troubleshooting of AC recharging units and vehicles. • To identify, assess and update training needs of service personnel with regards to soft skills and competency in handling different machine models. • Very good knowledge of symptom based diagnoses and solves the concern. • Good knowledge to implant the service policies into dealership for achieves the CSI & JD power score. • Good knowledge to update the dealership persons with latest service circulars and service policies. • Good knowledge of warranty & parts admin. • Good knowledge of how to attend and solve the customer complaint and how to reduce the customer complaint.
