I have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University Chennai, and I am proficient in Zoho suite, CRM and incident management, and ticket handling. In my current role at Elumina Elearning Services Pvt Ltd, I ensure timely delivery of Zoho products and services to customers, collaborating with various internal teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. I also identify, evaluate, and manage service delivery risks, monitor and report on service delivery metrics, and maintain accurate records of service delivery activities. I have received multiple awards for my outstanding performance and customer satisfaction in Q3 and Q4 of 2019. Previously, I worked as an L1 Support Engineer and a Subject Matter Expert, where I managed CRM databases, provided user training, resolved hardware and software issues, and handled priority issues and escalations. I have also participated and secured third place in an international tech fest event called "CIRCUIT CRAZE".
