About Shan Lim

A highly driven individual who enjoys interacting with people from different cultural and geographical backgrounds. Graduated from National University of Singapore in 2008 with a Sociology Major, took on the job of a flight attendant with Singapore Airlines. 5 years of flying experience gave much exposure to clients servicing by providing efficient solutions as well as obtaining a positive record for effective communication with colleagues on flights. Switched to being a Guest Services Agent with Resorts World Sentosa Singapore in 2014, learned and educated the public about conserving the marine eco-system, both in the fast-paced working environments-South East Asia Aquarium and Adventure Cove Waterpark (Dolphin Island). Open to constantly expanding skills in Customer Relations, in different types of service industries. Also, in the same year, completed a 200 Hour Ashtanga/Hatha Teacher Training course, certified and recognised by USA, Yoga Alliance (RYT200). Migrated to Perth in 2015 and started with The Sebel East Perth under Accor Hotels in hospitality line. 4 years later, in 2019, joined a Government Agency LANDGATE and deals with Land Titles related matters in the customer service department.
