Facilitate instructor lead courses to sales associates: Utilize learner centered approach for professional learning experience Train employees on converged and emerging wireless and wireline services. Analyze course materials for accuracy and content Manage, coach and develop sales representatives to produce personal and professional skills. Conduct classroom and web based training for the company’s incumbents and new hires. Instruct data training for internal Company Owned Retail Representatives and Managers training for new hires joining the wireless organization. Responsible for providing support to new trainees through mentoring, observation, and feedback. Demonstrate top wireless devices and products to newly hired sales representatives within the company. Utilize instructional workbook materials used in training including hands-on device training, sales experiences, worksheets, review games, course objectives, and course agendas. Partner with Sales Operations and Staffing to identify key deficiencies-conduct store visits and coaching to provide feedback, coaching and follow-up action plans to management. Evaluate new trainers and co-facilitate delivery of curriculum according to Instructor Competency standards, ensure a professional, learning environment is maintained.
