With over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, I am a PHR-certified Sr Principal Recruiter / Sourcer, I specialize in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for clinical and non-clinical roles including corporate function roles. As a strategic partner and collaborator, I work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners to understand the staffing needs and deliver on-time and quality candidates. I manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting processes, from developing strategies and branding initiatives, to conducting interviews and assessments, to ensuring positive candidate experience and retention. I am proficient in using various tools and platforms, such as Taleo, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Modern Hire, Salesforce, and Oracle, to streamline and optimize the recruiting workflow.
