As Regional Field Executive, I am fortunate to greet each day with the opportunity to support a dynamic team of Field Sales Leaders, Business Consultants, Managers, and Agents. Our team is focused on the mission of protecting the lives and businesses of our valued clients. At a time when unforeseen events occur with regularity and change seemingly takes place in every facet of our lives, it’s an honor to serve in this noble profession. As idealistic as that may sound, I believe that it has never been truer than today. My career in the Insurance industry began in Dallas, Texas as an Agent working with individuals, families, and businesses. Over the years my passion shifted into coaching and developing other Agents to meet their business growth goals and aspirations. That journey led to new opportunities in field leadership across Texas, California, Nevada, and Utah focusing on agency distribution, business development, and sales growth. Some of the most rewarding experiences have come by way of sharing this profession with others, supporting new agents in their success, and leadership growth. On a normal day, you will find me- Collaborating to build solutions that support strategic goals - Managing regional operations & communications teams while seeking efficiencies - Leading a high-performance team to meet growth and sales objectives - Developing and supporting field leaders, agents, and associates - Sharing my passion of this industry with others seeking a career change Community involvement and volunteer work are areas that I greatly enjoy. I believe a life of fulfillment can be found in the service of others. I am thankful for these moments and look forward to new opportunities to give back in the years to come. What I value most is sharing and experiencing life with my wife, two daughters, extended family, and friends. I can usually be found hiking, snow skiing, or simply being outdoors.
