About Shane Adams
As a college student I began spending my summers working as a camp counselor. The camp served individuals with Developmental Disabilities which led to a degree in Recreation Therapy but while working with at risk youth I became curious about family dynamics. I took the Civil Service exam and began working as a caseworker with Children and Youth Services. As the years passed an opening became available within the Office of Intellectual Disabilities which was my first true passion and where I continue to develop my career today.
