I am a very self-motivated individual who is capable of working as part of a team or on my own. I have strong leadership skills and understand the responsibilities that go along with that role. I am very dependable, punctual, and detail oriented. My training and past work experience has given me a wide variety of skills in many different areas. I learn very quickly and enjoy the challenge of learning a new skill.I am currently employed at Sub Surfaces of Indiana. I have done a wide variety of things from operating construction and earth moving equipment (skid steer, bull dozer, excavator, etc.) to using a chain saw and wood chipper. I have become very proficient in the use of a wide variety of equipment and tools.I am recently separated from the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant working as a Military Policemen. I have served honorably for the past four years. I have learned a wide variety of useful skills during my service and am seeking a position that will allow me to put those skills to good use.Prior to enlisting in the Marine Corps, I worked for Bradley Family Farms as the farm equipment mechanic. I maintained, diagnosed and repaired a wide variety of farm equipment including all the different pieces of equipment and vehicles used by the farm. My other responsibilities involved arc and mig welding, metal fabrication, and hydraulic systems repair.I also obtained a certification as a power sport technician from the Power Sports Institute in Cleveland, Ohio. My training specialized in motorcycles and other recreational equipment. The training included the use of specialized tools, equipment, measurements tools, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing problems for electrical and mechanical systems in several types of power sports equipment.
