Shane is a driven individual with strong leadership skills, who is always looking for opportunities to develop himself and others. Shane thrives in fast-paced environments where he can challenge himself and use his initiative to provide a lasting and meaningful impact for the people and projects he works with. Having graduated from Technological University Dublin with an Honours Degree in Business & Management in 2019, Shane joined the EY Ireland Business Consulting Graduate Programme in the Supply Chain and Operations team based out of Dublin. Shane worked with EY for 3 years, gaining experience across several different industries through his consulting project work with EY. During his time with EY, Shane created great value for clients and EY through his dedication to delivering exceptional results in his work. In Oct 2022, Shane uprooted and moved to Australia to travel and work for just over 2 years. Shane returned to Ireland in Dec 2024 and has re-joined EY's consulting practice with the aim of accessing more exciting projects where he can utilise his broad range of talents to create a meaningful impact for both EY and the clients he works with.
