I’m a Learning & Development professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Learning and Organisational Development, passionate about helping people and organizations reach their full potential. Currently working at Deloitte, I design and deliver impactful training programs—ranging from onboarding to leadership development—that align with business goals and drive measurable results. My career journey began in customer-focused roles across hospitality, retail, and aviation, where I developed a strong foundation in communication, adaptability, and service excellence. At Ryanair, I advanced into training administration, supporting crews across Europe and streamlining compliance processes, which sparked my interest in corporate training and continuous improvement. Beyond the workplace, I’ve spent years coaching Ireland's AFL Women's National Team and currently coaching St. Vincent's Minor Football GAA team, honing leadership and mentoring skills that influence my approach to learning design and stakeholder engagement. I’m motivated by creating learning experiences that make a difference—both for individuals and for the organisations they serve.
