Shane Bellard, Owner/ Instructor Coordinator of Superior Training Solutions, LLC, is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and has been in EMS training and education for the past 5 years. His untiring dedication to EMS and EMS training, along with a dynamic personality is what brings Shane on a personal level with his students. Shane's vast knowledge of emergency medicine combined with his years of experience as a Paramedic makes him a valuable asset to the medical community. His passion for education and his dedication to emergency medicine far surpasses what is expected of an instructor. In addition to being a premiere medical training service, Superior Training Solutions, LLC is also an authorized distributor of Defibtech AEDs & AED accessories. It is estimated that over people in the United States die from sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) each year. According to recent studies, 70% of victims of SCA who are defibrillated within 3-5 minutes survive the incident. Studies also show that less than 5% of victims survive if defibrillation is delayed for more than 10 minutes. We at Superior Training Solutions, LLC believe that with proper training, and immediate access to an AED, we can dramatically decrease the chances of sudden death in a victim of SCA. Superior Training Solutions, LLC is also a drug screening company specializing in DOT and Non-DOT Collections, as well as saliva alcohol screening. Our team of qualified Collectors provide pre-employment testing, random testing, post-accident testing, reasonable-suspicion testing, return-to-duty testing, and follow-up testing either at our collections site or on-site at your facility. All Collectors have attended a HIPAA Compliance Program, and confidentiality is our ultimate goal. Our services are offered during normal business hours as well as after hours for time sensitive situations.
