About Shane Biertzer

Life is full of twists and turns. Whether positive or negative, unexpected obstacles can either crush your spirit or ignite a fierce desire to redirect your energy, intellect, and talents in ways you never imagined. In an instant, a sports-related knee injury ended my full-ride scholarship to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and my dream of playing college football for the Badgers. Being scouted by the NFL became a fleeting memory. While the disappointment was real and palpable, my competitive nature kicked in, and I began to formulate a new game plan. Although the injury and subsequent surgery prevented me from playing for my “dream team,” I was proud to earn a spot and sport the uniform of another great university on the field. For a time, I wrestled with my identity. I knew I was more than just a football player, and I began strategizing and envisioning a future beyond the game. As an athlete, teamwork was everything to me, and I wanted to bring that same spirit and work ethic into my career, creating winning solutions in the corporate world. After years of experience working with mentally and physically challenged individuals, as well as coaching middle and high school students, I realized that my true passion lay in helping people achieve their own dreams and aspirations. It became clear that I was not only a team player but someone who thrived on helping others recognize their potential and chart a course to maximize their unique gifts and talents. Pursuing what seems unattainable is my constant motivation. I strive to improve myself and lead by example, no matter the setting. Innovation, communication, creativity, and tenacity are the benchmarks of my approach.
