Background
About Shane Breaux
I am a detail-oriented, seasoned professional with a wide-range of skills in various fields. I have extensive experiences in publishing and marketing; editorial and professional writing; teaching undergraduate courses in theatre history, text analysis, and English; and in the professional theatre as a dramaturg; actor; director; and playwright. With excellent leadership and communication skills, I am able to work both independently and collaboratively and to adjust to new environments and needs. I am also currently at work on a book about early twentieth century musical variety comedians' performances of race and ethnicity in the United States.
