About Shane Brown

My career in the aftermarket business began in 1995 as a product and sales support manager at Cyclo Industries. I spent three years there developing new products and providing sales support to all Cyclo’s manufactures reps on the east coast. In 1998 I joined the team at Mote-Osborne & Associates (now Accelerated Sales & Marketing) as a Territory Manager for South Florida. During this time I sold for over 30 manufactures (mainly hard parts) and consistently grew the business year after year producing and managing over 5 million in sales annually. I joined the TASCO aftermarket team as their South Florida Territory Manager in 2003. With responsibility for over 50 factories I rose to the challenge of managing this enormous work load by combining the latest technology and a strong work ethic. The territory saw sales increase by 30% the first year and 20% the second for annual sales of just under 7 million dollars. June of 2006 is when I created Shane Brown & Associates, an aftermarket rep agency. SB & A is focused on growth in the traditional aftermarket. I formed Pro-Reps Sales, with Joe Evora in 2010 and our focused dedication to both manufacturers and customers is the key to our success in the SE and Mid-Atlantic States. 2020 is shaping up to be a challenging year for our customers and vendors.
