With almost a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of working closely with our clients to provide customised security awareness solutions that fit their unique needs. Within our team, I've developed expertise in offering comprehensive managed services, including online security awareness training and advanced phishing simulations. This approach not only ensures compliance with data protection regulations like GDPR but also enhances cyber insurance terms, impresses auditors, and, most importantly, reduces the risk of cyber threats while promoting a 'think before you click' culture. Throughout my time at Tech Guard, I've been the lead account manager for a diverse range of clients, from private companies to government bodies. I have worked with clients based in Ireland or abroad, including multinationals with a diverse lineup of staff who span the world. My role involves assessing their security awareness strengths and weaknesses and creating plans for effective improvement. By using automation and ongoing data analysis, we ensure that our content is tailored to each organisation, department, or individual. Coming from an IT background, I understand our clients' busy schedules. My goal is to make it as easy as possible for the people I work with, typically IT and HR managers in client organisations, to implement security awareness programs. With deep knowledge of training methods, our platform, and industry best practices, I offer expertise that simplifies the process without adding to their workload. My passion for empowering organizations with effective security awareness strategies has driven my journey at Tech Guard.
