About Shane Cobabe

I was born in Boerne Texas and was raised in a hardworking family. My main hobby is fitness which has given me the mindset that anything can continually be improved such as myself or my surroundings. Learning new skills and the accomplished feeling of a job well done are very important to me. I served a mission for my church for two years where I honed my communication skills. I want to start and growing a real estate business because there is no limit to how big it can grow. I have brought in over 2 million dollars in sales revenue with my previous my company by finding where a need was and delivering the right product that met that need. I have improved processes with a “boots on the ground” approach to learn a process from start to finish. I’ve developed excellent communication skills by speaking with hundreds of clients as their primary point of contact. I think before I act to deliver the best outcomes possible, and I like to constantly better myself.
