Finance Director responsible for financial performance of Business Units with revenues exceeding $2.5b as well as leadership of large corporate finance teams supporting Group Revenues of $5 billion within the Consumer Goods sector. I love adding value to a business and working with collaborative teams. During my 30 years of business experience, I have developed a broad base of commercial experience having partnered commercial functions including sales and marketing, supply chain and procurement while leading strategy and business development teams to create value for the business. Within areas of corporate finance I have led functions including group planning, tax, insurance, risk and internal audit, bringing a commercial and service based mind-set. With a proactive, constructive and persistent style, I have been trusted to lead and project manage key change initiatives such as due diligence and integration teams for acquisitions and other large transformation projects such as setup of Joint Ventures, systems implementations, developing Information management strategies and large people restructures and efficiency initiatives.
