With every project I undertake, I aim to deliver exceptional customer service, foster cohesive collaboration with internal and external teams, and demonstrate thorough, detailed, and artistic foodservice designs for our end users. The values I bring to the table stem from a culmination of experiences. With seven years of experience in the grocery store industry, I have gained valuable insights into the critical elements of excellent customer service. Providing exceptional customer experiences, going the extra mile to meet their demands, and always maintaining respect are the foundations of lasting relationships. During my college days, I participated in various extracurricular groups, but one profoundly impacted my personal growth - serving as the President of the Community Council for Housing and Residential Life. In this role, I led a dedicated team of individuals, guided by a Residential Director Advisor, to organize activities to foster a strong sense of community among students. This experience honed my leadership skills, including fostering harmony, actively listening, offering valuable insights, and promoting inclusivity within the team. Throughout my years as an architectural undergrad, I evolved a unique blend of technical expertise and creativity, which I often use in my designs. I also possess a passion for art, woodworking, and cooking. These creative outlets fuel my mind to think outside the box to create innovative solutions to problems. Throughout my career, there are many things that I am proud of, but to name a few: • I successfully managed a project of over $6 million in food service equipment. • Composed documents and led coordination efforts for a new kitchen and retail space for Mercy Health in Rockford, Illinois, showcased in the Foodservice Equipment & Supplies magazine 2019 Facility Design Project of the Month. • Composed documents and led coordination efforts for a new kitchen and retail areas for Essentia Health New Tower in Duluth, MN, which the building is one of the most significant investments in the city's history. The kitchen and retail/coffee shop will serve the 343-bed tower and 100-bed existing Rehab/Behavioral Health. • Managing and training a new employee from internship to full-time • I helped develop a system for documenting final decisions in the company so that decisions are easily searchable, which saves time by not having to redo work on an already completed task in the future.
