My entrepreneurial journey includes successfully launching and expanding ventures such as Interiors by Sisk, Interact Group, and RetailFit, showcasing expertise in sales forecasting, new business development, employee management, negotiation, and project execution. Holding leading roles at Interiors by Sisk and BHA, I've played a pivotal role in the conception and delivery of high-profile, complex projects. My track record boasts success through targeted business development strategies, adept negotiation tactics, and proactive team and stakeholder management. Beyond my professional pursuits, I extend my leadership prowess as the Head Coach of the Wexford Wanderers RFC senior men’s team for the 22/23-23/24 season. This role allows me to apply strategic thinking and leadership to motivate both players and coaching staff. Having recently completed a Diploma of Education in Strategy Development and Innovation at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and currently enrolled in Atlantic Technological University undertaking a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Economics/Quantity Surveying my commitment to continual learning underscores my eagerness to acquire new skills and enhance my professional repertoire.
