I’ve spent over 20 years growing within Holiday and CK Stores, starting at the store level and now driving recruiting across more than 80 locations and warehouse facilities. That path gave me a rare blend of frontline experience and strategic understanding. I know what it takes to find great people, support operations, and keep things moving in fast-paced environments. While my title is in recruiting, my impact spans HR, onboarding, new store launches, and workforce planning. I partner with Operations, HR, and Marketing to align hiring with business needs, support acquisitions, and lead community-facing initiatives like ribbon cuttings and hiring events. I use Workday daily, understand system workflows, and contribute to process improvements that help the bigger picture—not just fill roles. I also lead community efforts through our Women’s Council and support DEI work through the EPIC BRG, helping bring stories and partnerships to life in ways that connect people to our brand and values. I take pride in being someone who can be counted on. I move with purpose, think a few steps ahead, and bring calm to chaos. I’m ready for more responsibility, and I bring the kind of long-term vision that helps organizations build not just teams—but culture, growth, and momentum.
