With over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, I am a seasoned business consultant, contract recruiter, and investor who helps clients achieve their goals and grow their revenue and profit. I have a master's degree in entrepreneurship in applied technologies, a lean six sigma white belt certification, and an eagle scout honor. Currently, I work with Medovent Solutions, a leading provider of travel staff for hospital case management, social work, and utilization review. I identify, interview, and place the best RN case managers, social workers, and UR/UM RNs nationwide, using advanced active and passive talent identification techniques. I also lead, train, mentor, and develop new recruiters in full cycle recruiting and negotiation skills. In addition, I offer business solutions to new and existing ventures in healthcare and real estate, leveraging my expertise in feasibility analysis, revenue growth strategy, profitability improvement, due diligence, scaling, marketing, and service offering improvement.
