I am a creative, confident, and motivated L&D professional who has led and collaborated with teams to design, develop, and adopt innovative (e)Learning solutions for the education and private sector's, leadership development programs, health & wellbeing initiatives, career-stage programs, and internship programs. My objective is to be part of a progressive and dynamic organisation that allows me to make optimum utilisation of my expertise, creativity and extensive industry knowledge to develop people to meet both, their own potential, and the needs of the organisation. My consultative and inquisitive attitude ensures a genuine engagement with stakeholders and business leaders to develop and deliver innovative learning solutions and strategic initiatives. I am dedicated to achieving client satisfaction as well as meeting or surpassing organisation expectations. I also have an intellectual understanding of a range of Learner-Centric Cognitive Based Pedagogies in an online and face-to-face learning context, in addition to the application of this knowledge toward the development of e-learning resources.
