I drive global supply chain transformations by aligning strategic vision with hands-on execution across planning, logistics, network design, operations, and technology. With a multidisciplinary background in financial economics, port management, and SCM analytics, I lead high-impact programs that optimize performance, reduce complexity, and build resilience across diverse environments. From enabling 9% ARR growth at Cisco through agile stakeholder engagement to orchestrating a $2.5B Source-to-Pay transformation for ServiceNow, I’ve built a reputation for unifying cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale results. My work spans demand forecasting, MRP, S & OP, inventory control, warehousing, logistics network design, and transportation—supported by certifications in CSCP, CLTD, LSS Black Belt, Prosci, and FMVA. At the Schulte Group, I assessed enterprise-wide operational challenges and transitioned into a Chief of Staff role, where I built a global PMO from the ground up, trained 500+ staff, and standardized project delivery across 45 business units. As Founder of Ingram Solutions, I advise clients on digital strategy, supply chain diagnostics, and execution frameworks that prepare them for scalable growth.
