Started in the grain industry in Geraldton down to Albany for 10 years carting grain and fertiliser gypsum, lime to the farmers and also into blue gum logging industry for a couple of years carting around the Mt Barker area to the Down road chipping mill, Then have been in the mining game for about 10 years from driving 300tn grossing trucks at koolyanobbing self loading with WA600 iron ore rock into triple road trains from Windarling and Mt Jackson unloading on the run at koolyanobbing crusher ROM. Then moved to Port Hedland driving quad road trains carting manganese out of Woodie Woodie, copper out of Telfa and Nifty, chromite out of Coobina to Port Hedland. Have also had experience in Kalgoorlie with Mcaleese carting gold ore to Paddington crusher. In the Last few years I have supervised for 2 years at Atlas Iron iron ore mine site Wodgina then was given the opportunity to move into town at the Wedgefield office co-ordinating road trains to mine sites for our customer Atlas Iron and have recently moved into the position as Haulage controller mostly the same job as co-ordinating but more thorough examining cycle times and payloads and kilometres and driver performances and currently still in this position.
