Hello! My name is Shane Feins, and I’m currently a senior majoring in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Next year, I’ll be continuing my studies at the University of Southern California, pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Psychology with a focus on organizational and consumer psychology. Originally from Essex County, New Jersey, I’ve developed a strong foundation in working with diverse teams, conducting research, analyzing data, and delivering presentations at high-profile events. I thrive in team-oriented environments, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to projects through compelling visual design and impactful communication. I am passionate about continuously challenging myself and expanding my knowledge in both the fields of psychology and human resources. My interests include volunteering, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), mental health and well-being, talent acquisition, talent development, and community engagement. I am eager to gain more experience in human resources and am actively seeking opportunities where I can leverage my unique skills and contribute to meaningful projects.
