About Shane Gordon

A firm believer that anything can be learned with commitment, but nothing can be done well without passion. I have worked in customer service since I was a kid with a paper route, then into restaurants at 14 years old. I understand people and what drives them. My most recent experience includes the Group Benefits Insurance Business for the last 6 years, in which I have experienced massive growth in my professional skill set including employee and employer training sessions, executing contract amendments, managing claim issues, collaborating with underwriting, working with brokers and carriers, implementing policies, and delivering/analyzing renewals data. Learning to navigate the complex relationships between all stakeholders in including underwriting, clients, employees, management, and industry peers, has contributed to many successes in my career. I've played a crucial role with my teams in winning new business in finalist presentations worth $millions in premium. Finding solutions quickly and efficiently is my specialty. I am committed to furthering my education and enjoy attending industry events.
