I’m currently a Senior Service Delivery Manager for Fujitsu. I have over 38 years of experience within the IT industry with a significant background in Account Management, ITIL, Quality Assurance, IT Operations, Process Improvement and Contract Management. I have experience across a wide variety of IT Service environments and familiar with the pressures and challenges from both a customer and service provider perspective. I have a significant background in Lean methodologies focusing on helping customers realise their optimal potential by embracing a partnership that creates mutual value, eliminates waste and builds a positive culture of continuous improvement. I drive services to achieve results by engaging customers to develop a deep understanding and focus on what matters to them. I have a range of experience in Information Technology Services design, development and implementation across variety of industry towers working for both Service Providers and Customer Organisations. My experience covers account transition, transformation activities, and have managed the delivery of services into enterprise environments in Government, Utility, Construction and more than 13 years’ experience in the Financial Sector.
