About Shane Heschke

I have been working in various manufacturing facilities for 11 years now. During that time, I have gained many useful skills and tools working as a Quality Technician and as the Mining Program Coordinator. These skills involve root cause analysis, continuous improvements, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Scheduling software, direct interactions with customers, and many more. Hardwork and the willingness to go above and beyond has resulted in growth and increased responsibilities with each company I have worked for. As a Quality Technician at Brookville Equipment, I was responsible for performing all testing and inspections on Modern Streetcars delivered to Dallas, Detroit, and Oklahoma City. This success allowed me to move into Program Management taking over responsibilities for the Mining Program. During this time, we have successfully complete numerous contracts for customers including a new build of 35 units for a Coal mining company.
