I work well in a team environment and without supervision. I enjoy new challenges and love to see results, striving to be the best I can be. Safety is paramount in my felid and I always have this at the forefront of my mind whilst preparing to take on new roles. Previously, I have been the manager of several large service stations in melbourne. I believe this has given me a fantastic foundation to grow my skills as a leader and manager. A position within Rail Safety became available and this has now become my passion. During the 16 years I have been working in Rail Safety I have managed the Safeworking on various large projects throughout Victoria. Some of these jobs include-*Seymour to Wodonga Rail upgrade- Section Coordinator TFPC (1.5 years)*Ballarat to Mildra Rail upgrade - Managing Safeworking Head TFPC.(1 year)*KRESP Kensington - Racecourse - Ess - signaling project MTM - Safewoking Head TFPC - Managing of 20 - 25 level 3s daily (15 months)*Springvale Road level crossing removal - head TFPC - Head TFPC managing 10-20 level 3s daily. MTM, Alliance (14 months)*Rostering of Safeworking through MTM, booking of Safeworking. Conducting Rail worksite hazard assessments for various works (projects and infrastructure). Worksite Inspections throughout the Network for MTM. Manning the Metro Track Access Phone Line. Bayswater Level Crossing Removal Project - Safeworking Lead. Managing the day to day running the Safeworking on site. NWPA- Rail Safety Manager for Frankston Station Upgrade Project. Currently working on various projects with Sws mostly as a PTW-N holder.
