About Shane Humberston

I am a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. My previous work history includes a wide range of positions that have helped mold me into a multifaceted asset for your company. Currently I work as a Deductions Analyst with Eaton Corporation where I review customer invoice deductions to determine where credit needs issued. Previously I was a Post Shipment Documentation Representative with McKesson where I obtain information for patient orders. I also was a trainman for the Union Railroad, where I fulfilled orders by building trains, communicating with other members of the crew, and had to adhere to all safety guidelines at all times. Along with that, I have owned and operated my own landscaping business where I had to manage employees, produce receipts and invoices, along with managing budgets. I have also had experience as a Customer Service Representative for a health insurance company where I was responsible for ensuring all customers understood their benefit plan while meeting all company set metrics.
