I am a Partner working in the Melbourne Business Advisory team and have obtained over 18 years of experience in both Professional Service Firms and Industry.I work closely with my clients in their strategic direction of their business and assist with the ongoing management acting as a CFO type role for them. My clients consist predominately of SME’s, start-ups and emerging businesses. I assist my clients in the growth phase of their business and support them in their business structure. In addition to this work, I also provide value to my clients by facilitating in forecasting and business restructuring. This allows my clients to see potential growth within their business or where needs improvement.During this time, I have developed a strong knowledge base across a diverse range of industries including family business, SMEs, high net wealth individuals, professional services, manufacturing, retailers and wholesalers. My client base has been predominantly built around privately owned businesses.My experience over these industries has enabled me to gain expertise in various accounting and business advisory fields including tax and compliance services, internal management accounting and advisory, including chairing Board meetings, and structure advice.
