I’m a compliance professional with over 25 years of experience across financial services, risk governance, and regulatory frameworks. Currently serving in a CF-2 role with State Street Corporation, I support compliance initiatives aligned with Irish and EU regulations including AML, GDPR, and CBI fitness and probity standards. My early career included over a decade as a tied agent and branch manager in the retail banking sector, where I developed a deep understanding of consumer protection, front-line financial services, and ethical sales practice. That experience sparked a long-standing commitment to fair treatment, governance reform, and institutional transparency. Outside of my current corporate role, I continue to contribute in a personal capacity to public interest matters affecting the financial system. I’ve provided testimony to parliamentary committees, supported legal advocacy on compliance ethics, and am currently involved in an active case before the Irish Financial Services Appeals Tribunal (IFSAT), focused on regulatory accountability and oversight. I believe compliance is not just about rules — it’s about trust.
