I’m a Senior UX Designer who focuses on designing for the why, not the wow, uncovering real needs and turning them into practical, human-centered solutions. For the past few years, I’ve worked in healthcare tech, translating complex clinical workflows into clean, reliable experiences for both mobile and desktop. My process is deeply research-led: I facilitate workshops, run user interviews, and work closely with product and engineering to ensure what we build truly fits the frontline. I care about the problem space, not just the pixel space. I enjoy getting my hands dirty in discovery, and I’m always looking for ways to speed up insight synthesis and make better decisions faster, whether that’s through smart tooling, collaboration, or the occasional well-placed AI shortcut. Lately, I’ve been leaning further into UX strategy and research ops, and I’m excited to keep growing in that direction, helping teams ask better questions, not just build faster answers.
