I have a passion for breaking software and to see how product enhancements could be developed to create a better product. While my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate organization and collaborative skills, I also excel at: • White-Box (non code testing) and Black-Box testing. • Lead participant in the testing of products, enhancements, and infrastructure changes. • Responsible for the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. • Creating test cases for new product development. • Working with developers, project analysts; managers to track backlog tickets. I am experienced in end-to-end manual testing, regression (exploratory) testing, Jira, and Confluence, ensuring the quality of software enhancements; identification of defects; assess risk coverage; working with developers, executive team, and stakeholders on problem resolution; guiding/training Tier 1 client support and stakeholders through the formal User Acceptance Testing cycle.
