Shane Lipton is a hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with expertise in business development, operations, sales, manufacturing and marketing within the retail industry. Shane has worked independently and with many of Australia’s leading retailers such as Brandcorp, Mitre10, Bunnings and TerryWhite Chemart Group. In 2001, Shane founded Lipton Strategic Services to fill what he saw as a void in the retail market. Lipton Strategic Services (LSS) practices to many mid to large size Australian retailers and has been a key commercial partner in aiding and progressing business improvement. Throughout Shane’s time in corporate retail, Shane has diversified companies through strategy development, brand structure and implementation, category management, establishment and set up of a viable import programs, retail format evaluation and intense marketing strategies. As a leader and innovator, Shane is comfortable in any role from the executive boardroom to the shop floor. He is a savvy negotiator known for strong business development and relationship building skills. Shane’s innate ability to build high-performance teams, has served as a growth catalyst and infused productive energy into the workplace.
