As the Project Management Director at Southern New Hampshire University, I led the 2024 AI Summit, coordinating over 100 participants and managing cross-functional teams to deliver a successful large-scale event. In my role as a Crew Chief, I was responsible for maintaining the operational readiness of a fleet of B-52H bombers. This involved coordinating maintenance operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring junior personnel, fostering a high-performing team.
